Mailboxes

In order to receive mail in our Minecraft world, you need to have a registered mailbox.

This is important, if you want your mailbox to actually receive mail, you need to follow these rules. (If the mailbox doesnt meet these requirements, your mailbox is not considered a real mailbox)

1. Must be a chest, shulker box or barrel (yes, it doesnt have to be just a chest, this is also valid, i will continue to refer to it as a chest though since im lazy)

2. On your chest, place a sign (the sign can have any colors, it can glow, whatever idc)

3. The sign must be readable obviously.

4. The sign must say this:

Mailbox

{your name}, {location number}

For example:

You can also shorten the name, like CHZ, FIN, LGN or ANT, just make sure I can still understand whos it is.

Oh btw, if youre making the mailbox not for yourself but for a building (like your own shop or something) instead of your name, put the name of the shop or building. For example, if we wanted to make a mailbox for the local base it would look like this:

Congrats! If your mailbox follows these rules, it is considered a mailbox.

I dont have a mailbox

Dont worry, its very easy to make yourself. Just scroll up and follow the mailbox rules.

But if you are too lazy to get the resources for a mailbox yourself, you can request one at the post office (chest version only)
